Shipping policy
At SlotPro, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are.
Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email) after your order has been shipped.
Shipment processing time
Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). The transit time is approximately 8-12 business days, but can be longer depending on the carrier. The order cut-off time is 7PM EST(Eastern Standard Time).
We make every effort to ship all orders received by the order cut-off time on the same day. Orders placed after 7pm EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.
Free Shipping
Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $35, standard shipping fees apply as displayed at checkout.
** Free Shipping & Return Shipping Costs
While SlotPro offers complimentary outbound shipping on qualifying orders, this does not mean that shipping is without cost — it means that SlotPro absorbs the outbound shipping expense on the Customer's behalf. In the event of a return, the Customer acknowledges that actual shipping costs are incurred and that such costs are not covered under the free shipping offer.
Accordingly, return shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the Customer, regardless of whether the original order qualified for free outbound shipping. Additionally, the original outbound shipping cost absorbed by SlotPro is non-refundable and will not be credited back to the Customer as part of any refund. A handling fee of up to fifteen U.S. dollars (USD $15.00) may also be deducted from the final refund amount to cover return processing costs.
What happens after I place an order?
You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed containing your order number and your order receipt. Your order will typically ship out within 1-2 business days (not including holidays). Products that have customizations will take longer to ship out.
Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email help@slotpro.store with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received" and someone from our team will get in touch with you.
We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped out after we receive the customizations.
Which carriers do you ship with?
We use a variety of reputable carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, GOFO Express. For orders of high value, carriers will ask for a signature upon delivery.
How long will my order take to ship?
After an order is shipped, it will typically take 8-12 business days to receive your order. A tracking number will be sent to you after your order has been shipped.

I want to cancel my order. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel! If you choose to cancel your order and it hasn't shipped yet, we will issue you a full refund.
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, you will have to request a refund once you receive the order. You will have to start the process of requesting a refund through the refund center, to apply for a refund. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for more details.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Sorry, currently we do not offer gift wrapping.
How do I check the status of my order?
Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email.
